FAQ

Common questions

When do I get paid?

Funds settle automatically to your registered bank account every Monday–Friday. A flat withdrawal fee applies per payout, whether it's automatic or a manual on-demand withdrawal — see the withdrawal fee section below for the current rate.

Who pays the service fee?

By default, attendees pay the fee on top of your ticket price. You can choose to absorb it yourself when creating the event.

Are free events really free?

Yes. If your ticket price is ₦0, there is no service fee at all.

What payment methods are accepted?

In Nigeria, attendees can pay via card, bank transfer (Paystack), or their Paspot wallet balance. For events outside Nigeria, attendees pay by card via Stripe.

Is there a monthly subscription fee?

No subscriptions. You only pay a per-ticket fee when a paid ticket is sold.
