When do I get paid?
Funds settle automatically to your registered bank account every Monday–Friday. No manual action needed.
Who pays the service fee?
By default, attendees pay the fee on top of your ticket price. You can choose to absorb it yourself when creating the event.
Are free events really free?
Yes. If your ticket price is ₦0, there is no service fee at all.
What payment methods are accepted?
Attendees can pay via card (Paystack inline), bank transfer, or their Paspot wallet balance.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No subscriptions. You only pay a per-ticket fee when a paid ticket is sold.
