By accessing or using the Paspot platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users including attendees, event organisers, and check-in staff.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Paspot. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to use the Service to commit fraud, sell tickets to events that do not exist, or violate any applicable law.
Paspot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event information including date, venue, and ticket price. Paspot acts as a payment facilitator, not the seller of tickets.
A service fee of 6% + ₦100 is added to each paid ticket by default. This fee can be absorbed by the organiser at their discretion.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organiser. Paspot does not guarantee refunds for cancelled or changed events unless the organiser has committed to them.
Organisers receive payouts automatically Monday through Friday via Paystack bank transfer. Paspot reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud or a dispute is suspected.
All content, design, code, and trademarks on the Paspot platform are the property of Paspot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Paspot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos, Nigeria.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
